She runs fine (5 speed – can you drive a stick shift?). The top pops up, the beds recline, the chairs spin around, the tables click in and the extra seat can be installed – perfect for a weekend in the mountains, at the lake, on the beach or whatever next odyssey you dream about. Over the years, many of the camping “extras” (eg furnace, sink, refrigerator) have stopped working. They may be very easy to fix, I just have no mechanical ability and have not wanted to pour extra money into a rig that meets our camping needs just fine using ice in the fridge, a portable stove and without the “bells and whistles.” We are the second owner and she has been garaged for the majority of her life, but does have some minor “bumps and bruises” that might be expected of a girl her age. All in all, this is an economical way (compared to the price of most listings) to start enjoying the CAMPER VAN LIFE immediately. We hope you will make as many memories with her as have we.
