Willing to negotiate! :) Wanting to sell soon! At only 46,500 miles, this van is the real deal. If you're looking for a van to live out of, travel in, or continue to build out, this is the van for you. We have driven it all across America, around 3 0ish states and have never had a problem with it. We replaced the alternator mounting bracket last year but other than that have had no issues! Here’s some specifics about the van! ⁃ 1989 Ford Econoline E250 extended roof and back ⁃ Around 45,379 miles, we purchased the van with 39,000 miles ⁃ Rear Wheel Drive ⁃ 8-10 MPG, 2 gas tanks, holds about 33 gallons total ⁃ Custom built out interior. Shiplap walls and ceiling with a custom shelf above the driver and passenger seats for storage. ⁃ 2 captain seats, 360º swivel - Insulated walls, foam and reflectix, we’ll include a space heater as well ⁃ Electric powered windows. The passenger side is opposite. Down = up, up=down. Both sides have vent windows as well. ⁃ Complete custom built bed with underside storage, includes a 5” mattress full size mattress ⁃ Renogy Solar Pannels (200W) with Renogy Deep Cycle AGM Battery 12 Volt 200Ah, 3% Self-Discharge Rate, 2000A Max Discharge Current, BT reader, inverter and Adventurer Li- 30A PWM Flush Mount Charge Controller w/ LCD Display The solar panels work very well and can be read using your phone which is really nice ⁃ 2 ceiling fans that run directly off the battery ⁃ 7 outlets, 2 with USB charging built into the walls ⁃ Back up camera ⁃ New bluetooth radio and speakers ⁃ Brand new engine battery with a 3 year warranty ⁃ 2 sets of keys ⁃ Rewelded ladder off the back of the van ⁃ Full functioning heat system ⁃ Custom made Reflectix magnetic black out window shades. (All windows, 7 total) The only cons: ⁃ No AC (all windows roll down) ⁃ The solar panels do need a new battery ($400) ⁃ Exterior Paint has started to peel ⁃ Gas tanks don’t show the gas level when driving ⁃ Small dent on the back right side of the van from previous owner ⁃ The step into the van has a little bit of damage (not noticeable) from hitting a rock while parking in the Grand Canyon It’s an amazing van that you could travel in, live out of, or even continue to build out to fit your needs. Let me know if you want to come take a look! Asking $8,200
