2016 Ram Promaster Camper Van Our trusty, basic camping van Sparty is ready for new adventures. The 136” wheelbase and standard height roof make for a nimble adventure vehicle. On the outside he has a 10’ Thule awning, roof racks and a 2” hitch with 4 pin plug. There is a 12v Max Air 4500 roof fan. CRL screened, opening windows on the driver side and in passenger sliding door let fresh air in while keeping rain out. There is a shore power plug in the back for a 15A power cord. Inside the full size bed is mounted across the back of the van maximizing floor space with ample, open storage under the bed. The comfortable, full size mattress and bedding is included. The cabinet has two sliding doors, two drawers and a butcher block top. There is a 120v Microwave and a Truckfridge TF65 2.4 cu ft 12v/120v refrigerator. For electrical there is a 2000 watt Samlex inverter, 150 Ahr AGM battery, 120v Cotex battery charger for charging and powering things when plug in is available. The battery also charges from the van via a Battery Doctor. Our van has sound deadener and is well insulated with closed-cell foam insulation. There are Reflectix windows covers for each window and the roof fan. The front wheel drive, 3.6L gas engine with 6 speed automatic can achieve 20 to 21 mpg when lightly loaded. Fully loaded with kayaks on the roof and bikes on the back we get 17 to 18 mpg. Van optional equipment includes: Backup camera, cruise control. built in GPS, overhead storage, 220 amp alternator, 6 way adjustable heated drivers seat, power folding heated mirrors, DRL and Sirius XM radio. The van has factory air conditioning however there is no separate air conditioning in the back. Additional items included: dash mounted Garmin, solar shower, 110v electric heater. All maintenance has been performed and we have all receipts.
