2001 Ford E350 Van - used to be a ski shuttle for the Holiday Inn (we call her Holli), converted to camper van. Fully functional to take out for adventures (we have for the last several years) but needs some work to be fully finished. 137,941 miles; engine in good running condition, very well maintained. Great towing capacity (we've pulled a trailer with two fully loaded rafts on it). A/C/Heater. 12 MPG highway. We've got paperwork on the build out, appliances, and maintenance since 2018. Build out has all the following features : - custom bench seat (comfortably seats 3-4 when up, seatbelts for 3) and table that combine to make queen size bed when folded down. Super comfy foam mattress with cover. Will through in our double sleeping bag if buyer would like. - custom heavy duty powder coated roof rack with awesome pine tree/Sasquatch cutouts - Aluminess exterior ladder. Easy access to roof rack - ARB manual 8x8 ft. manual awning. Great shelter from sun or rain - 2 Skeeter Beater screens for driver and passenger windows to keep the bugs out - Spare tire - Dometic freezer/fridge unit that fits perfectly between the two front seats. - Propex heater (currently not working - needs new mother board). We can provide info on where to obtain - 12 gallon propane tank installed in spare tire well, with exterior hook up - includes heavy duty CampChef Ranger 2 stove with hook up line - 3 solar panels installed on roof rack - 4 6V batteries installed, each with 225 amp hours. Wired in series and parallel (battery box sits under table behind drivers seat) - MaxxFan Deluxe Roof fan - Electrical/propane build out done by Boise Valley RV in 2021 (professionally wired solar, inverter, battery charger, heater, fan, lights, AC outlets). You will never run out of juice with the solar and battery combo - ARB rear axle air locker . Provides extra traction on sand , mud, snow. Great for boat ramps and off the beaten path camp spots. - Insulated /finished linoleum floor - Roof insulated and partially finished with tongue and groove pine - materials included to finish - Sides partially finished with wood panelling- windows need trimming. Materials inculded to finish. - 2" hitch receiver - Plently of cargo space for gear or bikes in the rear, even when the bed is down. - All Terrain tires with plenty of good tread left We have taken this van on many fun adventures and it is super comfortable to ride and sleep in. Unfortunately, we have not had time to finish the full build out , and now need to sell as we are travelling for the next year and a half. This is a great, affordable way to travel on and off the beaten path!
