I have a beautifully built custom RV on a 1996 Ford e450 7.3 turbo diesel Chassis for sale. 6'4" floor to ceiling, Full size kitchen sink, abundant counter space, on demand hot water heater, propane 3 burner stove with oven, domestic touch screen hood vent, 4 stage water filtration, city water connection, 45 gallon water tank, 22 gallon grey water tank, dual zone refrigerator/freezer, shower, maxxair deluxe fan and espar heater. WFCO Power converter to run all 12v appliances when connected to shore power. It's currently set up with 15 amp input original to the vehicle but wiring has been updated for upgrading to 30amp input. There's significant roof space for solar and the electrical service center is at roof level for simplified connection. Current registration as RV in California Asking 35,000 OBO
