Queen sized bed with therapeutic mattress. Port-a-Potty. Conversion was DIY by original owner. We have never had a problem with the conversion install. 12V and 120V. Battleborn Batteries, Victron Solar equipment controlled by Connect App. 30 amp umbilical prewire. (Neither we nor the previous owner/builder has ever needed to plug it in. If you wanna add A/C the option is there.) Mountain or road bikes can fit in the "garage". Only drawbacks... hail damage and in need of bug screen replacement. Clear Virginia Title! Our daughter has graduated college and we no longer need it to make her games and tailgates.
