Also brand new tires with maybe 300 miles on them. - 2 Solar Panels + Battery + Power Controller and inverter (Renogy) - MaxxAir Fan keeps it nice and cool with breeze coming in through the windows over the bed while you sleep if it’s hot! - Outlet for charging electronics - wires routed for a fridge if you want one. Just untuck and plug in! - EXTREMELY WELL INSULATED. Floor is R6 foam board. Walls are mix of thinsulate and Havlock (approx R12) and ceiling is thinsulate and havlock as well (approx R18). Never needed more than a a Mr Buddy heater throughout the Maine winter! - LifeProof flooring TONS of storage under the bed
