This Van has been amazing and we have traveled throughout the US on several multi-month trips. After all the traveling, I would not change a thing with the build. I have full maintenance reports for the vehicle. Previous owner was a pharmaceutical company. I purchased it with 120,000 miles on it and the dealer had just had the transmission rebuilt. I have kept up on all maintenance and only used synthetic oil in the van. The van runs very well on regular gas, so no need to spend on premium. We average about 16 MPG. I have not had any mechanical problems and the van has never been in an accident. It is my understanding that a well maintained van can go up to 300,000 miles. Interior and build: I designed the vehicle to be “off grid”. So we have 4 - 100W solar panels on the roof and a 1,000 watt lithium battery system which runs all the interior lights, vent fan and refrigerator as well as being able to recharge cell phones and other chargeable devices like flash lights and accessory fans. There is also the ability to "plug in” and run electric heaters and hair dryers. We have never needed to plug in unless we wanted to use an electric heater. We have a porta-potty which is custom covered and is handy as additional seating. We use this only for Number 1. Since we do stay mostly in campgrounds, we try always to do serious business outside the van. It has never been an issue. Water is held in 2 tanks, one behind each wheel well, with a total capacity of 28 gallons. There is a foot pump at the sink which helps limit usage. Under the sink there is a 6 gallon grey water tank that gets emptied through a hose. The outdoor shower has a pump for water pressure and a propane heater that swings out of the “trunk” for use in the rear of the vehicle. There is a rubber pad to stand on and with the doors open, you can drape a curtain across for privacy. Heat can be provided by a small ceramic heater when "plugged in" or a propane fired radiant heater for off grid. Both work extremely well down to about 25 degrees. The entire cabin was insulated with rigid foam insulation ranging from 1.5” to 3” thick then gaps were filled with spray foam insulation. The floor was not insulated, so I don’t recommend for serious winter camping. There is a wifi extender on the roof that provides a firewall with any public wifi as well as boosting the signal. All windows open and are screened. We also have a screen for the side door that uses Velcro to attach. The rear screen is also removable as it is also attached with Velcro. The bed is a full size 10” queen mattress that is extremely comfortable. Other things included in the sale: Bike Rack, 2 portable cook tops, 13 x 13 canopy, folding table, baskets, extra fresh water dispenser, cooking utensils, plastic dinner ware, first aid kit, artwork, throw pillows, home made awning that works extremely well.
