Seller's Description
I built this van out 4 years ago and it has been great, but I'm now look for a new home for it. I’ve lived in it full time at a campground and state land through an entire florida summer and the A/C ran 24/7 with no issue and kept it at a cool 70 degrees all day. All wood besides the ceiling and subfloor, is made from Baltic birch. The bed panels are removable and currently sit at a height that will fit the seat of a dirtbike under it, but could be lowered with a bit of modification over a weekend. May add a bench seat to it to house a dometic fridge, if that would be desired by a buyer, but in the current layout I just had my dometic fridge secured to the floor near the sliding door and used that as a seat. Which allowed for more space and adjustability to the living area. -1 12v 460AH Epoch LiFePO4 essential series (not pictured, but has been installed) still have the 2 Battle Born 100ah batteries in it too but I will be keeping those for other projects. My plan is to add another epoch battery. It currently has 660ah of battery and it allows me to run the A/C 24/7 and only have to use a generator or shore power twice a week during sunny weeks. -Two 405watt SunPower solar panels -Victron MPPT 100/50 Solar charge controller -Renogy 40A DC-DC battery charger -Victron Multiplus 12v/3000w inverter/charger/transfer switch - 1 max air roof fan - OutEqiupPro 12v 10,000 BTU Air Conditioner -Espar B4L gas heater -Driver side swivel seat base -Electric water pump for sink -Havelock wool and thinsulate insulation throughout and foam board insulation under subfloor
