My grandpa and I built this van in the spring of 2022, and it was completely empty when I got it. We insulated all the walls and ceiling, installed my own electric system for the back, hand built a bed that extends double in size. Ceiling fan runs off electric in the back, along with led lights. Shelving is installed along the back of the seats. Brakes were replaced as soon as I bought the van. Tires are good. It only has 67,000 miles on it so it has a long life to live. It is entirely move in ready. I just signed a lease on a home and just want someone to love her like I did when she was my home:)
