Chevrolet Express 2004 full conversion van! MOTIVATED TO SELL- Willing to negotiate, need to leave for work soon! I am unfortunately selling my favorite vehicle. My current work path is taking me away and I will no longer have the time to enjoy and travel in this vehicle. This is a full package conversion. Starting on the outside, the vehicle has always been upkept with meticulous routine, all maintenance records are available, and I have always believed that doing things before they need it is the best way to keep a vehicle. I am extremely particular and always try my best to clean the vehicle and constantly keep it in the best working condition possible. For example, there is a full brand-new ABS system and antilock brakes up front as well as a new high-capacity vehicle battery. Exterior upgrades- Super high output headlights and high beams. (Really bright, great when looking for a place to set up at night.) Full custom front guard with tow and recovery points. + Prefabricated light mounting brackets + space for winch + fairlead for winch. Full rock sliders along the length of the van to protect the underside from rocks + step plates for front doors. Custom rear bumper with wrapped around guard for van rear protection, tow hitch and chain points. If desired, I have a custom Motorcycle rack+ built in ramp. Even when I am not bringing a bike around, I often leave it on because it’s nice to keep people who might be tailgaters off the back end. It’s also great for bicycles, coolers, just about anything extra. Huge fully supported roof rack + built in light mounting brackets front and rear. (4.5ft x 10ft rack) + 200W Solar panels up front Maxx Air fan, with smoke rain shield, multi settings, inward and outward flow. Lightweight poly plastic decking to enjoy those sunsets, or even just people watch near the beach. Recovery Mat mounts + Heavy duty Recovery Mats. Vehicle also has a Weboost Drive Reach RV Signal booster. Has a great radius inside and around the van so you can curl up in bed with easy clear cell signal/ Netflix, or even hang out around the fire with friends and everyone can enjoy your excellent music streamed from wherever you please. This is such an excellent addition if you work remotely or just like to use the computer in far-off places. Interior Upgrades- Electrical- This van is equipped with a complete electrical system, huge custom 8 cell battery bank in series and parallel amounting to well over 250AH @ 12V. Built in Bluetooth monitoring and control, temperature sensors and smart charging and balancing integration to keep cells balanced and charging safely when hot or cold. There are protective breakers in place for larger components and a fuse panel for all accessories, labeled and easy to follow. There is a Renogy 3000W Pure sine wave inverter/charger hooked up to 6 - 110v outlets for easy housing power. This is one of the three easy ways to keep the van charged up as it can be plugged into houses or virtually any outlets. (Including 100ft heavy duty extension cord for charging.) 200W panels on the roof keep the system topped up as well in good weather and is already set and capable of easy connecting more panels if the rear deck roof space isn’t desired. There is also a Bluetooth smart charger hooked up to charge from van’s engine battery if your staying remote and don’t have much sun. This is easy to control and set up so that it wont ever kill the van battery and useful if you happen to leave the lights on or something and kill the vans battery, you can reverse the charge and jump the van from the interior battery bank. There are six recessed Soft LED overhead lights on two dimmable switches allowing easy access and adjustment. Over counter LED for cooking or washing dishes. 12v sockets for charging items without running inverters, as well as waterproof covers on the kitchen sockets. The sink has an electric water pump with easy shut-off switch. Diesel heater with Webasto Exhaust for quiet warm nights. Excellent 12v low draw Refrigerator / Freezer with temperature control for both sides, Eco mode, interior baskets, LED lights and easy latches. (The fridge stand has been made to accommodate tons of shoe storage or other floor things in front and has a great storage compartment on the back side. Plumbing- Absolutely wonderful three stage filtration system for fresh clean drinking water right out of the tap. 60gallon freshwater capacity. Pex temperature resistant plumbing, with quick connect and shower handle with multiple settings /mounts for outdoor showers after a long hike. Gray water tank underneath with easy turn release valve. (Outdoor lockable water fill valve, also including my BPA free hoses for easy refills.) Interior furnishings- Fully insulated interior + insulated window coverings for privacy and warmth on cool nights/ to keep the sun out on hot days. Beautiful interior with custom wood burnt counter, side table and flip up table and kitchen counter back splash. Overhead cabinet storage and shelving above driver seats. (Tons of space) Kitchen cabinet space with shelving and cords to stop items from falling + magnetic catches and Hideaway drawer for utensils. Under kitchen cabinets there is a secure location to store the 5lb propane tank for cooking. (Included with a great regulator and hose making it easy to connect to any stove. Lasts a long time.) Right above that there is an up-to-date and never used fire extinguisher. Never hurts to have it handy. Custom bench seating with cushions, storage underneath. All custom cushions have an awesome indoor/outdoor fabric that’s easy to clean with a waterproof backing and zippers for easy removal. Back of bench seating flips up to accommodate the full-size queen bed, with amazing 6in Silicone mattress (So Comfy!) Overhead storage behind bed, side wall storage next to bed as well. There is also a hidden magnet panel for laptops, passports, important documents, etc. There is also a carbon dioxide and monoxide detector mounted to the wall. Extras- There are several things I have bought over time either for utility or just because I enjoyed having them around while traveling in the van. I’m happy to send some of them off with the van if anyone is interested, if not, I won’t be sad to hold onto them either. Wireless USBC rechargeable fan; sometimes I just like having a second fan to blow air on me at night. Heavy duty Kinetic Recovery Rope for oversize vehicles. Outdoor easy clean synthetic rug (9x12ft) Sometimes it’s nice to have an outdoor living room to walk around barefoot if the ground is rough. Extra lighting in case you decide to add more interior lights. Magnetic battery and rechargeable work lights in case you need to get something out of the garage area at night, or just handy lights to put up outside in the evening wherever needed. Wheat fiber dishes and plates, I like how durable they are. 12v vacuum with extra long cord for easy indoor cleaning and an extra filter.
