Over the past few years, I have helped my family & friends build multiple other van & bus conversions. However, this van was the build I planned to use for my own adventures. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I will not be able to get the use that I planned for. Let my loss be your win! This Van is a Ford E-350 Club Wagon XLT. This model is 3 feet longer than a standard Econoline & also has wrap around windows, these windows can easily be covered with the insulating reflectors. The engine is a 5.8L Windsor V8 Gasoline Engine, these engines are commonly referred to as the "Bullet Proof Engines" & are known to go for well over 300k+ miles. Being that it is currently only at 170k miles leaves thousands of miles of travel & years of life left in the van! The van has a 35-Gallon Gas Tank & gets around 15mpg. This model also has a 1 Ton chassis, compared to the standard Econoline 3/4-ton chassis. Having this chassis & engine allows you to tow 10,000LB. The gross max weight is 10,000LB. The van currently weighs 6700LB, this leaves you 3300LB of free weight that you can put inside or on top of the van! These capabilities make this model very sought after. To ensure reliability, I have done a great deal of preventative maintenance & upgrades to the mechanics of the van. Here are some of the mechanical parts that have been upgraded/replaced •Oil Change -20 Miles •Oil Filter •Braking System (Rotors, Calipers, Pads, Hoses) •Drivetrain Components (U-joint) •Heating & Cooling System (Water Pump, Thermometer, Radiator, Hoses, Fans) •Shocks •Tires •Transmission Cooler •Alternator •Starter •Air FIlter •Fuel Filter •Aftermarket LED Headlights •Aftermarket Tail Lights •Front grill •3 Foot LED Bar -Above Front Bumper & Much More The vans build was aimed to accommodate all household comforts, the capability to be 100% Off-Grid, Haul & Tow anything, while maintaining a stealthy camper look on the exterior & comfortable, pleasant interior. As you enter the side doors of the van, you will find a Futon-Style Bench which is 74 inches long & slides out to a 50-inch-wide bed (3-inch Memory Foam Topper will be included). The futon lifts up, allowing you access to the storage area underneath. Between the end of the bed & the back door, is where the Camco Toilet is stored (in a sealed black bag), this toilet is removable. On the rear driver side of the van is a large 8foot Butcher Block that runs from the rear door up until the Metal Stovetop. This Butcher Block is coated in epoxy, this provides protection, along with an eye-catching shine. This same wood style is used for the shelves located above the Futon Bed & mounted on the one of the "Barnyard Style" Doors. The sink is mounted towards the front of the Butcher Block & has a Wooden Cutting Board cover. The cabinet under the sink is where the Propane Tank & system is stored, along with more storage space. You will be able to access the area under the rear of the Butcher Block by a door located on the rear wall of the Butcher Block. This is where you will find the shower head, 30-Gallon Water Tank, Hot Water Heater, & Rear AC Condenser/Heater. The Rear AC/Heater pushes air out from the Metal Vent located in the sidewall of the Butcher Block. The Hot Water Heater is supplied by the 30-Gallon Tank, which then supplies the Sink & Shower Head. The Shower Head is connected to a 5-foot hose, which can be hung from the top of the rear door for a shower. The Hot Water Heater is fueled by the same Propane System that is connected to the Mr. Buddy Heater & Stove Top Burners. The Metal Stovetop has Two-Burners & is located towards the front of the van. Under the stovetop is where the Alpi-Cool Refrigerator slides out from. Around the corner from the fridge slide-out (behind the driver seat) is where the components for the Solar System are (solar controller, inverter, fuse panel). The Solar System is powered by 2, 100-watt solar panels (200-watt total), which charge 2 Deep Cell 6-volt Solar Batteries. This Solar Battery Bank is mounted under the rear of the van, this battery bank can jump start the van if needed. The Solar Batteries supply a 2000-watt inverter that provides power to multiple 120v Outlets (household outlets). The Solar System also provides power to the Refrigerator, Water Pump, Dimmable LED Ceiling Lights, Ceiling Fan & USB Power Outlets. The Front Seats have been upgraded to Captain Chairs. This allows the chairs to spin around & face towards the back of the van. This provides more seating when parked & also another place to sleep. The van has been completely insulated, including the ceiling, walls & the floor. All the windows have reflective insulation that can easily be removed or installed to help with temperature regulation, provide privacy, or a 360 degree view out of the van. A Heavy Exterior Cover which covers the front of the van (windshield, driver/passenger window) will also be included. The rear of the van has a Ladder mounted on the back door for roof access, along with a Roof Rack & Thule Cargo Container. I am willing to include a Gas Generator, Kayak, Paddle Board, Tire Mounted Step, Multiple Ball Hitch Sizes & Propane Tank. This van has more features, upgrades & amenities that I can go into if you are interested. More photos are available. Please message me if you have any questions or offers!
