We have a Landed Gear spare tire rack that will be included but has not been installed yet. Front seat air bed included GoTreads (for leveling and traction) included All recalls have been taken care of, including the Suburban stove. We bought the van new and it has been awesome for our family of 5, but the kids are becoming teens and we have outgrown it. Excellent condition. Used gently. Ignore the exterior road dust. She'll get a bath before going to her new home. 😀
