Its small wheelbase makes it easy to fit into tight parking spaces and it's simpler to parallel park than larger vehicles. Its inconspicuous exterior makes it ideal for stealth camping without drawing attention. The bed is spacious enough for a full-sized mattress that comfortably fits two people. As someone who is 5'11", I can lay straight. However, if you're taller, you may need to sleep diagonally. The van features a large under-bed garage area where you can store all of your adventure gear. I was even able to fit a full folding electric bike in there. Thanks to the combination of solar, alternator charging, and lithium batteries, you won't have to worry about running out of power. The Lithium batteries allow you to drain them fully without damage, although I’ve never gone past 50%. **Considerations** This build does not include a shower, toilet, or A/C, though the cabin has A/C. For showers, I used an insecticide sprayer pump that worked well (and will include it with the build). I also used Planet Fitness for most showers. I tended to gravitate toward natural shower sources, so it was never an issue. For toilet emergencies, I used a bucket with a toilet seat and backpacking toilet bags. To provide airflow in the van, there is a fan and multiple vents which creates a nice draft. You can also turn on the cabin A/C when it gets really hot. **Maintenance** Before I owned it, this van was part of a fleet and was regularly maintained and had oil changes. When I purchased it, it had 99,000 miles on it which gave me a lot of confidence. While I owned it, I had the van's oil changed every 5,000 to 8,000 miles. In April 2023, I installed new tires and have not added many miles since. A new battery was installed 8/22. During the time I owned it, there were no major repairs or issues. Lyla is an adventure vehicle and should be allowed to explore the world. Unfortunately, I am not using her to her full potential at the moment. It is hard for me to part with her since I put so much effort and passion into her, but she deserves to embark on new adventures and make new memories. The campervan is perfect for a single person or a couple who truly loves each other and hopefully is a minimalist. If a full shower and a toilet are non-negotiable then this is not the rig for you.
