This beautifully converted Sprinter is built to be completely self-contained and function off-grid while providing comfort and maximum storage capacity. General Information 2007 Dodge Sprinter (Mercedes Components) -144 WB (easy to drive, park, and maneuver) -High Roof (people can stand inside comfortably) -169k miles (This is a Diesel engine and can go 500k+ miles with proper maintenance) -2500 Diesel Engine This is a pleasure to drive and accelerates easily on hills/highways, in traffic, etc. -Automatic transmission with manual if desired (mostly for downshifting or steeper off-road ascents) -4 forward-facing seats with seat belts -18-20 MPG Condition & Maintenance Recently serviced and maintained at a local shop that specializes in Sprinter Vans, this van is in great shape and the build-out is the best we have ever seen. This Sprinter has been well maintained with regular oil changes and recommended tune-ups. There have been 2 owners (the conversion builder and myself) since the conversion from being a commercial vehicle to an adventure mobile, and we both have taken great care of the vehicle. Recent maintenance history: - Full inspection checks to include all systems, brake pads, and tires performed in 2021, 2022, and 2023 - Regular oil/fluid changes. - Maintenance for the last 3 years is well documented and can be provided to serious buyers - Brakes done (Dec 2022) - New Battery (April 2023) -Off road tires in good condition with deep tread. (Aug 2021) Van Capacity -Comfort and maximum storage to include bikes, designed to be completely off-grid -Bed Orientation - both people can exit at the foot of the bed -Ample storage with multiple overhead cabinets, drawers, and in the garage a slide-out bike tray -Swivel table - for meals, games, web-surfing -Driver and passenger swivel seats with lumbar support (four people can sit around the table) -Table lowers to the height of the seats. Using a tote an air mattress can be placed in the middle of the cabin for another person to sleep on. Another air mattress can be placed in the garage. Water-Related -30 gallon fresh water tank -Water Pump + double water filtration system -Hose connection for easy filling from a normal outdoor faucet -6 gallon grey water capacity -Electric water pump for on-demand water -Outdoor shower hose connection in the back of the van -Thetford Porta Potti, movable campervan toilet Electrical-Related -300W of solar power (3 100W solar panels) -Full River battery system with 115 amp hours of energy (installed in April 2023) -2000 watt renogy inverter -Wifi connection for battery monitoring and control -Alternator charger (allows the battery to stay charged on cloudy days while running the engine) -12-V Diesel Heater Installed in January 2023. This heater sips off the fuel tank to keep the cabin warm without running the engine. With the cabin being fully insulated this does not take much fuel. -110 electrical outlets and usb ports in the cabin. -recessed dimmable lights in the cabin create a lovely ambiance. Kitchen-Related -Sink (14”x14”x7”) -Isotherm Fridge with internal Freezer -Nutrichef Induction stovetop -Countertop (26”x17”) -Tabletop rotating with adjustable height (36”x22”) Storage -Ample storage space under the bed for all of your camping and adventuring needs in “the garage” -Huge 56”x42” slide-out tray for bikes, gear, camping totes, etc -Single blow-up mattress fits in “the garage” for extra travelers. Stealth Camping Great for spending lots of time in nature as well as stealth care camping in cities. This van is comfortable on the inside and looks like a regular van a contractor would use from the outside: -No visible signs of RV campers from the outside (except for solar panels and fan on top of the van, which aren’t very visible from eye level)
