Seller's Description

The van is a 2019 Nissan NV200 converted to a Recon Envy full camper van in 2021 by Recon Campers (https://www.reconcampers.com/envy). The vehicle is in excellent condition with a clean title. I bought this from the second owner who purchased the vehicle when almost brand new and had it converted by Recon Campers in 2021. It looks, drives, and handles like a new vehicle. Pre-purchase inspection performed by Auto Logic of Sierra Vista, Arizona on 08/14/2023 and given a clean bill of health. Inspection report available upon request. These camper vans are a high quality build with just about everything you will need including screens for rear hatch and sliding side door, two 100-watt roof-mounted Zamp solar panels, 1000 watt Pure Sine Wave inverter, Fiamma F35 Pro awning, full set of magnetic insulated window covers, 100 amp-hour Lithium battery, DC to DC charger with built-in MPPT solar charge controller, multiple USB charging ports, interior sink with 10 gallon fresh water tank and 5 gallon gray water tank, 3-gallon hot water heater with rear accessible shower wand, and stainless steel DC compressor fridge made by Vitrifrigo. Two passenger rear seat folds flat into a 42" wide bed which sleeps up to 2 (same size as Exped Duo sleeping mat) and also folds into multiple lounge configurations; pop-up roof with 42" wide sleeping platform (2 kids or 1 adult) with Zip Mesh Screens; LED interior Lights; and solar ventilation fan with reversible flow. Lots of interior storage including 2 under seat drawers, kitchen drawer, interior closet with shelves, and rear storage area. Fully insulated door and wall panels with industrial wood laminate flooring. A 7" LCD touch screen allows one to manage all water and house electrics that run from house battery. Victron Energy smart shunt provides detailed information on battery and solar charging system using an offline phone app. The solar panels keep the lithium iron phosphate battery fully charged for indefinite boondocking (given enough sun). We have never run out of battery power. Recent additions include Curt class 2 receiver hitch, Michelin Agilis CrossClimate tires with MB Crux wheels, and Sumo suspension enhancement rear springs. The transaction and payment is to be made at a convenient bank location using a bank cashiers check. New owner will have to obtain temporary tags through their local DMV or third party office as law requires the license plate to be removed upon the sale.
