The van is customized according to instructions in the 2014 edition of Jason Odom’s book Vanabode:  For interior cooling when parked, the roof of van has a functioning Fan-Tastic Vent RV Roof Vent, 3-Speed Manual Crank RV Vent Fan, Smoked Dome RV Vent Cover - 1200 Series which must be attached to a battery to operate (not included * See Note at end.) There is an additional dome in a storage area to the left of the desk/table. (This could be invaluable in case of hail damage to the roof while on the road.)  Built-in twin bed with a memory foam mattress (new - never used), new fitted sheet/blanket  Built-in nightstand with storage (15”x 14” x 16”)  Built-in desk/dining table/workbench/child’s bed (28” x 69.5”) Below the desk/table is a removable 115 qt. ice chest/storage container with 4 weeks of emergency food (25-year shelf life) and emergency water. This size ice chest is very useful for storing cold food or blankets/clothes/supplies, or as a side table or a seat for two.  Camco Portable Toilet, flushable (new - never used)  Four immaculate 32-qt storage containers with lids beneath the bed  Wheel lock for anti-theft security  Bag of various sized bungee cords for securing loose items Note: Electrical systems are highly personal - people want different set-ups.
