We’ve lived and worked out of it since November of last year and are needing more space for our baby on the way. Electrical system: This van if fully equipped for off grid living. We followed an explorist life diagram, used marine grade wiring, and wrapped all the wires in the wall with conduit to ensure this system would stand the test of time. With 600 W of solar, 400Ah of lithium battery, alternator charging, 30 amp shore power charging, and 2000W inverter you’ll never have to worry about running out of power🔌 Insulation: Van was built with winter travel in mind so we insulated thouroughly with Havelock wool. We supplemented with some spray foam in hard to reach areas. We stayed nice and toasty while we spent this past winter traveling through Utah and Colorado snowboarding🏂 Heating: This van has a highly efficient diesel heater installed that kept us so warm that we often turned it off even when it was 10 degrees outside. Also equipped with heated floors to keep your toes warm🧦 Kitchen: The van’s kitchen is equipped with a 2 burner propane stove, ran from our 12 gallon ASME certified propane tank that lives under the van, a huge sink great for doing dishes with a water conserving faucet, and a 95L Dometic dual zone fridge/freezer🥶 Water: Our 30 gallon fresh water tank lives inside the van, and we added a tank heating pad as well as some electric heating pads on any plumbing susceptible to the cold. We also installed an excel tankless propane water heater to keep that water nice and warm🔥 Bathroom: A full wet bath with a water conserving shower head, self cleaning shower door, cedar shower pan and natures head composting toilet, this van surely has all your bathroom needs🛁 Bed: We went with a Murphy bed in this van design for the space saving factor and for all that extra counter space.
