WALLS & CEILING 1x3" furring strips mounted by using existing mounting holes (thru-holes with nut & bolt OR M* tapped holes) or holes we drilled and painted and installed rivnuts into - Walls: painted 3/16" plywood screwed into ribs - Ceiling: Shiplap screwed into ribs - Front cab can be separated from the rear living space with sliding curtains installed 15. LIGHTING: rechargeable and modular puck lights with a remote - no hardwire lighting! We found this to be much more practical and useful for inside / outside lighting. We also use battery powered LED string lighting COSMETICS - very light roof denting on the upper front edge of the high roof that was a result of a driver using the van when it was still owned by John Roberts Nissan hitting a structure on entering a parking deck. We repaired this dent ourselves and touched up a couple of very small areas that needed to be re-painted. - front driver side bumper has a light bend in it due to Nissan driver hitting something presumably at low speed. Does not affect safety of function. Hardly noticeable. - Sliding door (and rocker panel) professionally repaired after scraping up against rock.
