Sold - 2000 Coachman Starflyte, complete new build

This is a 2001 Coachman Starflyte 21 Foot long class B plus Ford E350 V10 chassis RV with 55k miles. Price reduced on 8/12 from 55k to 49k This has been my dream van for the past 5 years. Ive done 4-5 weeklong mountain biking trips a year all in the southwest to include Utah, Colorado, and Arizona. Its never had any issues. It has been completely redone, mostly by me, inside and out. I used to be a general contractor so felt confident with the project. Nothing except the engine and transmission have been left unchanged as the miles are quite low. It has been cared for and maintained properly its whole life with records on hand as evidence. I bought this camper used in 2018 from a local older gentleman in North Scottsdale whom was the second owner. He had thorough records on hand. He installed a high end stereo system with navigation, back up camera and modern integration stuff that I don't really now how to use, but its sweet, and I have all the records for it on hand. After a year, I started remodeling the interior first and just recently finished with the exterior. The exterior paint was done with rhino lining in factory Toyota cement gray color (to match my Tacoma). Rhino lining is bulletproof and will last a long time. Roof was sealed with white elastomeric liner with all seems and roof equipment layered with roof fabric. This roof will outlast the camper. All windows were removed, resealed and reinstalled. Inside was stripped bare and redone to include electric, ac venting and plumbing. Wood used was cedar, cabinets are original and are oak, countertops are corian. Cushions redone in faux grey leather. I installed new driver and passenger seats. Their are 2 new 100 watt lion energy solar panels on roof and 2 new AIMS power LiFeP04 100Ah house batteries charged by factory installed high power alternator when driving. Solar panels were connected to a lion energy solar charging unit but is ready to be wired into the system. I loved the solar charger set up, if the buyer wants that setup, add $1500 to purchase price. Has new AC (a bit overkill as I like it cold), 2 new roof max air fans (great ventilation with all the screened windows and door), a new fiamma awning, new swing out Yakima Exo system on the hitch and six new offroad AT tires, as its a dually. Recent full service done at my local mechanic and given a mechanical clean bill of health. In the past two years I had the radiator replaced, ac recharged and all hoses and belts replaced. It has a heater, 15 gallon water tank, 10 gallon grey amd 5 gallon black, a toilet, a shower on the inside and outside. Two sinks, 15 gallon propane tank that runs the hot water, the stove, the heater and the 3 way dometic fridge/freezer (fridge can run off dc and ac as well). It has a 30 amp plug and full service hook up capacity for rv parks. The battery bank gave me 4 days offgrid with full use (no ac) with no solar panels and no driving. Remember, it has a generator, and is charged by the high power alternator when driving, so u could stay off the electric grid forevor. It has a new wireless solar powered back up camera. Has new van battery. Comes with a white exterior windshield cover, black wheel covets and a new $500 full rv cover for protecting the van when stored outside. Issues: As seen in the pictures, the passenger side lower fiberglass skirt had a piece break off after i bumped into something, its cosmetic and easy to fix. It has a low hour onan generator that needs service to run (The carburetor needs replacing, i bought a new one and it just needs to be installed). As stated, I have all records on hand. This is officially a Class B plus RV, meaning, its a camper van, but wider. tons of inside and outside storage. Could easily be lived in with two folks and a pet. Its ready to go anywhere with nothing needed. Selling to help fund my Wife's new business. I will use my Tacoma with a cab over for trips heading forward :( I would prefer meeting buyer at my local bank for title transfer and payment. The buyer could fly in and drive home from anywhere to anywhere in the country without worry. If u want a live walkthrough and or video, just ask. If I were to keep the van, i would do a 4x4 conversion with Ujoint. The camper is a perfect setup for that. Google it for an example! Cost for the conversion was quoted at 35k. If done, this would be a unique 4x4 costing 90k. Not bad.
