Roof mounted ventilation fan and screened windows in the rear area. 26 gallon fresh water tank with pump, instant on propane heater/shower unit with pop-up enclosure for showering at the rear of the van. Custom mattress 76”x47”. Lots of cabinet storage in the living area. Cassette toilet hides under the chair next to the bed. Rear storage set up to hold 2 rode bikes securely mounted with just the front tires and seats removed. New front tires and rear tires still in good shape. Van has been a lot of fun, great for taking camping and biking trips. It is also set up to carry skis in the rear area and the gas heater makes cross country skiing trips a good option as well.
