Seller's Description
For sale is my 2016 Ram Promaster 136" WB High Roof converted campervan. The body has 212k miles, but the engine was replaced at 155k (done by a Dodge Ram dealership), so the current engine has 57k miles on it. With proper care this should have no problem going at least another 100k miles. Majority of the miles driven have been highway, which are easier on the van than city miles. I studied Applied Physics in college, and have renovated multiple homes with my father, so I have experience with carpentry, electric, and plumbing. This van was built for living completely off grid. Feel free to make an offer, worst I can say is no. Thanks for checking out the listing! Van features: - Brand new catalytic converter ($4k value), will pass emissions with flying colors - Clean title - Always kept clean and taken in for routine maintenance - Tires and breaks have plenty of life left - I lived out of this full time and drove along the entire gulf coast from North Carolina to Boulder without a single issue. - There is some cosmetic damage on the driver side of the van (last owners probably hit a gas station pole, 3rd picture). This does not have any effect on the van or performance. Kitchen: - Large stainless steel sink (13” W x 15” L x 9” D) - Cold / Hot faucet with diverter to shower head / sprayer - 50 gallon freshwater tank - 7 gallon gray tank - ICECO JP50 Fridge - 2 burner liquid propane gas stovetop w/ sealed propane locker (externally vented) in garage containing an 11 pound propane tank - Fold up countertop for prepping food - Overhead cabinet for food storage Bathroom / Shower: - Recessed waterproof steel shower pan (24” W x 30” L x 1.5” H), I'm 6'1" and could shower in here standing with no issues - Custom waterproof wood bath mat that sits in the pan when not in use - Shower head with hose connected to sink diverter (hot / cold water) with on/off switch for saving water - Ceiling mounted waterproof shower curtain (sliding track to move out of way when not in use) - Cutout below bed designed specifically for nature’s head toilet, 250lb sliders for toilet currently installed in box (sealed for smell if toilet is installed) Electric: - Bluetti AC200P (2000 Wh) battery bank (powers all DC and AC in van) - Charged by 330W solar panel on roof - 3 110V AC outlets that are connected in-line to a small breaker box (this has never flipped), 1 of the outlets has USB ports for charging smaller electronics - Battery bank can last quite a long time depending on usage Plumbing: - 50 gallon freshwater tank (I don't use for drinking as I don't have a filter) - Pump to accumulator for smoother water flow, then to hot water heater, then to sink. This can then be diverted to shower head to use as a sprayer or for showers - Sink flows into 7 gallon grey tank in the lower cabinet Propane: - Sealed 11 pound propane tank in garage (0 leaks, never once have smelled propane) - Suburban tankless water heater! (This is top of the line, does not use AC to heat the water, and does not restrict the amount of hot water you can use) Desk Space: - Full sized butcher block desk @ 43" wide (I worked a full time job out of the van, and I was able to have my laptop, keyboard, mouse, and monitor with room to spare) - Starlink hardware and router included with the van so you can work anywhere!! - Comfortable office chair also included - 32" 4K Monitor included Storage: - Tons of space in the garage below the water tank, in front of the propane locker, and next to the electrical - Stand up Ikea closet @ 16" wide for hanging suits, pants, shirts, as well as 2 XXL baskets for folded clothes - Overhead cabinet above desk for food or other storage - Storage over drivers seats for shoes or other items - Lower cabinet with plenty of room next to the grey tank Sleeping Space: - Almost a full sized mattress @ 50" wide, foam mattress and very comfortable - Partition built for more leg room, I'm 6'1" and could sleep side to side - Can sleep 2 people comfortably - I can include current sheets and comforter if you would like Lighting: - 2 rows of white LED strips (high quality) running the entire length of the van, these are also on a dimmer - LED strip in garage so you can access the garage at night, this is also on a dimmer
