Perfect for a weekender or full-time living! I bought this from a retired contractor who used it as a weekender earlier this year. Lived in it full-time but some life changes have come up and I need to sell! It is the perfect size for 1-2 people. So much storage both in the front and in the “garage”. Fully insulated and a very solid and functional build (retired contractor did the whole build!). Running water, 6 gal fresh water and 4 gal grey water tanks. eElectric fridge/freezer, removable screen magnetic door, rooftop Maxxair fan, 4 puck lights, 12v plug and 2 usb plugs. 105 aMp auxiliary battery that charges from the engine after the house battery is full. Can use AC outlets when hooked up to shore power. Outlet on outside of van. Lights, fan, and plugs are on different circuits with room to add more. Would be so easy to add solar to charge the battery if in one place for longer periods of time (was a project I wanted to do but never got to it). Would also be easy to add another battery if you want more power. I planned to paint the cabinets a different color and change the door pulls but also never got to it. Canister toilet in cubby as well. Comes with an air conditioner for when hooked up to shore power. Absolutely zero rust on this vehicle. There is a dent in the slider and a crack in the metal of a back door. Both from the first owner (mobile detailer) and neither affect function or are causing rust. The slider and back doors only open from the inside. Would be easy to fix the cables but I used it as an extra security system! Engine has received regular maintenance and I can give you a list of work done if you want! I have added a lot of cosmetic improvements so you may notice some differences in pictures, such as the change in cupboard paint (blue to green), the addition of the trees on the hood, magnetic spice rack, magnetic knife rack, magnetic and removable screen door for slider, and string lights.
