There are some minor issues that I want to call out: 1) The Maxair fan above the bed - Likely a problem with the control panel for the fan. The fan or the control panel can be replaced. The other Maxair fan in the kitchen works fine so there is still plenty of airflow in the van. The Airtop gas heater - Likely the thermo-coupler needs to be replaced. This need is reflected in the price. The optional alternator-based charging for the batteries needs the breaker replaced. Not currently an issue since the on/off switch on the dashboard allows you to just not activate it. This is an optional feature, as the batteries charge from the four roof-mounted solar panels and there is a shore power hookup.
