Seller's Description

I fully customized every inch of this van and every inch has it's purpose. Floor: plywood subfloor for sound deadening while driving and laminate flooring on top. Drawers: The drawers are 22" deep and provide a lot of storage. Stove: Custom 36" drawer slide with Camp Chef Everest Stove. Extra storage under for skillets and cutting boards. Battery: 100 AM Renogy that charges off the alternator when the motor is running. Electronics: Labeled fuse box Fridge: Isotherm Marine Fridge/Freezer Interior: tung and groove eastern red cedar and carpeting covering all the medal to create a cozy log cabin feel. Insulation: Foam board and spray foam in the small pockets and extra space. Bedding: 6" memory foam mattress with secondary bed that can be set up for two to sleep comfortably. Fan: MaxxAir Fan Roof: Custom welded roof rack with 6 gallon solar shower and rod holder. Lights: Recessed LED can lights, cook lights coming off the back, and reading lights recessed into the overhead clothes storage. Storage: Additional storage under the front end of the subfloor, overhead clothes storage, swing door compartment to the right of the drawers, and under the foot of the tall bed. I have recently replaced: AC System and Belt Brake Pads and Rotors Front Struts and rear leaf springs. A replacement computer from a newer transit connect van (the odometer says 102,500 but the van has 185,000 miles on it) Tires are in good shape Disclaimer: The van runs perfectly fine, it does have quirky things with the electronics (radio needs to be fixed/door open light is on when doors are closed/etc.) Feel free to ask me and I'll tell you all about them. Overall, I put hundreds of hours into converting this van and making it exactly what I wanted. If I didn't have a kid on the way with a need for a 3rd seat then I'd be keeping it. But, it's time to go bigger with three seats so I'll on the search for my next project. I will want to make sure she (The Black Pearl, "Pearl" for short) will be well taken care of and taken on many more adventures. She loves the road and deserves to be on it with someone who will appreciate the attention to detail that she contains.
