Minimalist and great for stealth camping. The bed can support up to at least 500 lbs. 18 inches space above the bed, and 25 inches underneath, meaning that there's a lot of space for storing gear and just enough for sleeping. The bed frame is attached to the van via wing nuts, and can be easily removed. I've mainly used it for surf trips to the coast, and for hauling music gear, and it's served me very well over the past 2 years. Some minor wear and tear on the rubber matts, but other than that it's in great condition with no mechanical issues.
