Fully Converted Solar Powered Sprinter Camper Van :: Road Trip Ready! This 2008 Freightliner Sprinter 2500 Base V6 3.0L Mercedes engine van is ready to hit the road for summer fun. With a Diesel engine and lots of recent repairs -- it's got a long life ahead! Fully kitted out with a propane stove, running water & large water tank connected to the sink, fridge, interior lighting, power outlets, custom built wood cabinets, wood flooring, wood interior, a full size bed on a comfy mattress, and a huge “garage” for storing all of your sporting and recreation needs. It has beautiful built in tables & cutting board and plenty of storage. Tasteful on the inside and unassuming from the outside, you'll never be bothered parking overnight as it isn't obviously a converted van: could easily pass as a simple cargo vehicle. Very good for folks who like to ride under the radar and keep away from too much attention. It's got plenty of standing room at 8 ft tall and easy to drive and park at only 19.4 feet long. This van was built out by the previous owner for full-time living so it has everything one person needs to live full-time other than a toilet and shower! It even has a built-in solar powered battery jumper in the case of it breaking down! 2 people can travel comfortably in it, and there is plenty of space for a dog as well. There is an extreme amount of storage below the bed, accessible from the back doors. It has 2 rolling drawers — one for supplies, wetsuits, and storage (on the right) and one for a bike to be clipped and secured in. It also has space on the left for smaller boards, as well as a rig above the bed for longer boards. We have travelled with 2 humans, 2 dogs, 2 bikes, multiple surf boards, wetsuits, an inner tube, camping shower, camping chairs, a bistro table, and tons of clothes! Recent Repairs: -in May 2024 we had our mechanic fix up about 10k worth in minor repairs. He is helping sell it so he wanted it to be tiptop. He says it’s running as good as new, better than ever during our time using it.
