PRICED TO SELL - IF THE LISTING IS UP, IT IS AVAILABLE! This is a 4 passenger van, great for a family. The design includes a large Murphy bed, and knotty pine walls, ceiling & trim. When the Murphy bed is in the up position, there are custom cushions on the benches. This provides lots of seating for hanging out. The van looks and drives like new. It has been stored inside for most of its life, and is super clean. We have taken it across the country with our two kids, and on various shorter trips throughout the Northeast. We slept 4 in the bed when our kids were smaller, but now the kids prefer to sleep out in a tent. Below are the details of the van and build: 2020 Ram Promaster van comes with RV Ready Prep Package — Includes Mopar Trailer Tow Group, Premium Appearance Package, Interior Convenience Group, 220-amp alternator, driver’s swivel seat, passenger swivel seat, Class IV hitch receiver, auxiliary switches and 16-inch aluminum wheels. There are lots of recessed lights that dim, as well as a reading light for the bed, and a light over the kids’ seat. There is a butcher-block cutting board counter with a mounted sink that drains to a 7-gallon gray-water tank under the van. The floor is covered with linoleum. There are three 110v plugs, including one outside to use when at a campsite. There are also 12v plugs in the front and rear of the van. The van is well insulated and very quiet. We used 3M Thinsulate™ Acoustic/Thermal Insulation after we covered most of the van floors, wall, and ceiling with Noico 80 mil car Sound/Insulation deadening mat The two installed windows are Arctic Tern Windows: Blind and screen are included with the windows; there is a fine mesh insect screen and also a blackout blind with reflective exterior. These can be used separately or together to balance privacy and air. The blind also creates a second dead air space for maximum thermal efficiency in very cold conditions. Nightfall Overland Full Blackout Cover Kit for factory windows. Our custom-fit window shades provide privacy, insulation from the elements, and block almost all light from entering your van. In addition to the two factory chairs that swivel, we added a fold-away double seat for our children. A few features include: Folds up to the street side of the vehicle when installed facing forward An ultra-thin backrest for added hip-to-knee room and lumbar support Folds to less than 10" thick when in the upright position Cantilever design provides reduced installation time, no floor cutting for aisle leg Quicker and easier to use than any other foldaway on the market Complies with ADA criteria Integrated 3-point retractable shoulder belts Trimmed in black vinyl We opted for an extra large refrigerator/freezer combo. It's the Vitrifrigo - Black Refrigerator - Freezer 5.3 cu ft This allowed us to load up with groceries and have room for leftovers, drinks, and yes... even ice cream. We chose not to cook in the van for fear of making it smell like garlic or a burnt smell. We carried a camp-stove and used that outside to cook. Our electrical system allows us to charge multiple devices and run the refrigerator. We also have enough power to run our Maxxair fan with remote and to start our roof mounted Coleman Air Conditioner. The electrical system includes: 3 100Ah Battle Born Batteries for plenty of reliable storage Victron Energy Multi Plus 12/3000/120-50 120V allow you to run plenty of electrics safely 225 amp BIM Li-Ion Battery Isolation Manager allow batteries to be charged while driving SmartSolar MPPT to manage charging of batters for two solar panels Microair EasyStart for AC Multiple outlets 12v lights that dim throughout A reading light next to bed An accessory light over bench seat 30A Shore Power Connection On/Off Switch for the entire system (2)In-Cabinet 4-port USB ports (3) 120V AC Outlets on 20A Breakers The van has water components There is an outside connection to fill a 33-gallon freshwater tank. There is a sink and an outdoor shower at the end of the bench. There is also a water pump. However, none of these items have been used. There is space for a water heater under the bench. This allows you to customize and finalize the water system. During our trips, we used bottled water for washing dishes in the sink. It drains into a vented gray water tank that is mounted under the van. What about a bathroom? We used a port-a-potty. This was for late night bathroom breaks. For the cost, it can’t be beat. It’s easy to empty and does not smell. We mostly stayed at campgrounds, so this worked perfectly for us. MILAGE: When fully loaded with 2 adults, 2 kids, and all of our gear it gets about 16 MPG. Asking $65,000 OBO - serious inquiries only please.
