PRICED TO SELL - IF THE LISTING IS UP, IT IS AVAILABLE! This is a 4 passenger van, great for a family. The design includes a large Murphy bed, and knotty pine walls, ceiling & trim. When the Murphy bed is in the up position, there are custom cushions on the benches. This provides lots of seating for hanging out. The van looks and drives like new. It has been stored inside for most of its life, and is super clean. We have taken it across the country with our two kids, and on various shorter trips throughout the Northeast. We slept 4 in the bed when our kids were smaller, but now the kids prefer to sleep out in a tent. Below are the details of the van and build: 2020 Ram Promaster van comes with RV Ready Prep Package — Includes Mopar Trailer Tow Group, Premium Appearance Package, Interior Convenience Group, 220-amp alternator, driver’s swivel seat, passenger swivel seat, Class IV hitch receiver, auxiliary switches and 16-inch aluminum wheels. There are lots of recessed lights that dim, as well as a reading light for the bed, and a light over the kids’ seat. There is a butcher-block cutting board counter with a mounted sink that drains to a 7-gallon gray-water tank under the van. The floor is covered with linoleum. There are three 110v plugs, including one outside to use when at a campsite. There are also 12v plugs in the front and rear of the van. The van is well insulated and very quiet. We used 3M Thinsulate™ Acoustic/Thermal Insulation after we covered most of the van floors, wall, and ceiling with Noico 80 mil car Sound/Insulation deadening mat The two installed windows are Arctic Tern Windows: Blind and screen are included with the windows; there is a fine mesh insect screen and also a blackout blind with reflective exterior. These can be used separately or together to balance privacy and air. The blind also creates a second dead air space for maximum thermal efficiency in very cold conditions. This allows you to customize and finalize the water system. During our trips, we used bottled water for washing dishes in the sink. It drains into a vented gray water tank that is mounted under the van. What about a bathroom? We used a port-a-potty. This was for late night bathroom breaks. For the cost, it can’t be beat. It’s easy to empty and does not smell. We mostly stayed at campgrounds, so this worked perfectly for us. MILAGE: When fully loaded with 2 adults, 2 kids, and all of our gear it gets about 16 MPG.
