All paperwork for added items, solar, batteries, heater, inverter.....included and I have pics and videos of the build so you can see the insulation we installed is done proper. Insulation in ceiling and floor with vinyl flooring. Reverse bus beep still works. Added side steps. External outlet for hooking up at a campground if needed. Anything I have extra from the build for supplies will go with the van. This is my daily driver for now, but I actually don't hardly use it as I haven't found a job yet. Once I find a job I will be purchasing a car, so the 103,000 low miles should still be right close to that. Asking $22,000. The build is completely done and this van runs excellent. Did not have a single issue and kept up with the regular maintenance. This is a real gem!!! Cash or Certified Check only!!
