2003 Chevy Express 1500 Custom Conversion Hi-Top Camper Van

This RV was custom-built by a man who built boats for a living. He designed and built everything, so it is fully built out with oak cabinets, wood floors, and everything you need for a long van trip. Includes custom-installed solar panels, sink, stove, fridge, bed that sleeps 2, with a built-in entertainment system in the back. It has a built-in propane tank which will run the stove and the fridge, and additional storage under the bed (accessible from the back door). I have lived in this comfortably for months at a time. It still has all the service records dating back to 2003. It used to have a cabin air conditioner and a water heater, which I ripped out to put more solar panels and to have more storage under the sink. It is mechanically sound, had a recent vehicle battery replacement and oil change. The cabin battery is a brand-new 200ah Renogy gel battery which requires very little maintenance. The van gets about 14 mpg. It is about 20ft from nose to tail. The bike rack is installed on the rear hitch. The van does have some wear and tear from being lived in and loved well, but it is clean and ready to house new owners. Selling because we just don't use it enough and I'd rather see it go to someone who will use it!!
