Seller's Description

Simple build out with a bed/couch set up on one side and bench and shelves on the other. Shelves where built around specific items we had but would be easy to transform to a more generic shelving set up. Spice rack on top of bench then over head shelving all around the top. We used for food and book case. Under bed/seat had two timber tubs for gear. We slept 2 of us in there but be prepared to snuggle as it is only 1 metre wide. Bed length will fit up to a 6 foot 2 person but would be more comfortable for someone shorter. We were getting average mileage of around 24 miles per gallon, we did get as good as 26. The Van is listed in Michigan, as that is where my in laws live, but the van has just been on the road for the last 50,000 miles. Being our home on wheels so has not been exposed to the salting Michigan vehicles are exposed to. Having done so many miles we have had the vehicle through the mechanics. Things we have had done include: Oil changes every 5000 with high mileage oil New tires roughly 1800 miles ago Wheel alignment to go with new tires New brakes early May 2023 New sliding door runner New front suspension struts roughly 10,000 miles ago New wheel bearing New ball joints New fuel pump New CVs axles New windscreen May 2023 There is a rattle due to the heat shield vibrating against the exhaust pipe. This hasn’t caused any issues to us other than its an annoying sound only in park. The engine light does currently come on, I had a diagnostic test run on it a number of times and each time I was told it was just a sensor acting up don’t stress about it and it hasn’t impacted any of our time on the road. The current title is clear and it is currently registered in Michigan under my in laws address. This has been a great home for my wife and I over the last 18 months but as our family grows it’s time for something bigger and more permanent.
