Selling converted 2018 Ford Transit High top, extended bed with 85,xxx miles. Clean title and third owner. Floor to ceiling is around 77". Bed is the width of a queen size bed with length of 75" facing back to front. Floor to bottom of bed frame is 36". I am selling this van after 3 amazing years living the van-life. I am very sad to see it go but I am changing jobs which would require a more permanent residence. I was very meticulous with the upkeep of van maintenance to prevent any big trouble on the road. Recently changed the rotors and brakes as well as the oil change. 350W solar system with newly purchased 200ah renogy battery which is still under warranty. For the water system, there is a 21 gallon fresh water tank going to the sink via a manual foot pump and drains either to atmosphere or 10L grey water tank. There is a 20lb propane tank under the cabinet for the camping stove (Camp Chef Everest, included) as well as heating (Olympian Wave 3, included). I will include extra build and electrical material as well. Each window has it's own handmade reflective cover. Both the side entrance and rear will have bug nets that will be included. Two custom CFL windows on passenger side which have been a lifesaver for ventilation. Passenger Captain's swivel chair. Upgraded sound system. Remote start with fob or phone dronemobile subscription (for phone) until 2025. Now the bad, there are small dents and knicks around the outside of the van but do not interfere with the integrity of the vehicle. There are glue marks along the felt along the side door as I glued the bug screen to the felt but decided to take it off. Other than that everything is awesome and ready to be lived in. I believe the price is more than fair and am firm on the price. I will of course answer any additional questions, even after purchase of van to help with the transition to vanlife.
