Seller's Description
Time to part with this amazing little van. It’s a 2004 T1N 118wb sprinter van. It has roughly 210k on it, (van is stored at a relatives not sure on actual odometer). Which if you are familiar with these diesel powered Mercedes engines you know she’s just getting started. Van came from New Jersey so there is some light rust. Though Not nearly as bad as it could’ve been coming from the east. Tons of power and torque in this champ. Great fuel mileage with the small diesel powered engine as well. I’d say upwards of 20mpg. Mechanically sound: new alternator, new battery, new fuel filter fresh oil change. New fuel pump relay. Van comes with extra sensors and a belt and other things similarly found in the million mile van kit. Interior: van is equipped with 2 170 watt solar panels, an 200ah lithium battery, and a 2000 watt inverter. Has a nice large sink to use for dishes washing up yourself and a sink cover to put a stove on. Next to the sink is a space for either a fridge or a sitting area. The van is pre-wired for a 12volt fridge. I may install another outlet for the fridge area. There is a standard house outlet on the cabinet near the bed that runs off the inverter. There is also a 12v outlet with a usb outlet on the wall for the mounted television. The wiring may look a little messy in the cabinet but it’s really not as bad as it may seem. Above the van is a ceiling fan and vent with multiple speeds and directions. To keep the van warm in the winter is a Chinese diesel powered heater that is tapped into the vans fuel tank so you can keep the van warm for weeks or even months with a full tank. Controlling the heater is an “Afterburner” controller purchased from a gentleman in Australia. His name is Ray Jones. This controller is amazing. It gives you live feed of the heater such as fuel consumption, glow plug heat, unit core temperature, and it works wonders at keeping the van at a set temperature all winter long with no worries. I stayed in this van in Denver at -5F outside and a toasty 71f inside the van. The bed is a modified full size mattress. Wall to wall is 67 inches so there is not a lot of space for taller people. However if you sleep diagonally across the bed it will accommodate people at least 5”11. Floor to ceiling is only about 63 inches so most people will be crouching. This thing is ready for those cross country trips and secluded off grid get always.
