VEHICLE: 2020 Ford Transit Extended High Roof 350HD EcoBoost DUALLY (6 tires) Mileage: 9,250 (5,500 highway miles to drive it to Washington + trip back to Houston, TX after completion) We are selling our beautiful van LUNA which is a custom-built Ford Transit. Exterior color is a Magnetic Metallic Gray. Tons of storage everywhere with just about everything we could think of custom built. More safety features than any van you'll see anywhere! We absolutely love LUNA.....we've just not been able to get away as we're starting up our new business and need to stay local for awhile. We're excited for the next owner to take our beautiful, reliable and safe van on the road! We custom ordered our van direct from the Ford dealership brand new with all of the options we wanted and empty in the back in 2020 so our custom builder didn't have to rip anything out before starting. Then drove it to our builder at the end of 2020 in Vancouver, Washington. Because of the shortage of supplies during the pandemic, our build was finished and picked up November 2021 which also explains the super low mileage. We chose Ford because we wanted the most reliable and easy to fix van on the market as well as being gas fueled. Mercedes Sprinters are great but we wanted ANY mechanic on the road to be able to fix our van easily in the future. The Transit is also the most sold commercial van on the market. EcoBoost is also great for fuel efficiency which is activated just by hitting a button. We also chose the Dually (4 rear tires) because it's a much more smooth ride and increases the weight capacity tremendously. We wanted stability while on the road and can promise it's so SMOOTH! We have a large touchscreen monitor hidden inside the cabinets so you can keep an eye on energy consumption, water tank levels and just about anything else you need to monitor. You can also view it on your phone using bluetooth. It’s completely custom built from cabinets up! My wife is SUPER focused on safety for us and our 2 small dogs so we did a TON of custom additions to make it safe for you and your family. All you need to do is slide the pocket doors closed once you setup the van at night or when parking the van anywhere public when you make stops. We didn't like the idea of a curtain or piece of material so we designed a pocket door system! There's also a tab to secure the pocket doors open while driving so they don't slide. ***Custom built Double Decker reinforced roof rack (people don't do this on Fords so our builder did a custom job because we HAD to have a rooftop deck) - Roof top deck w/ back rest for 2 people - Rear solar panel raised above the AC unit - Front solar panel towards the front of the van - Pullup bar extension built into the design of the roof rack in the rear of the van (has a step inside the rear door to step up to reach it). Can also be used to hang other things like gymnastic rings, bands, etc to stay fit on the road! Could even hang a hammock if you like! ***Additional Security locks bolted onto ALL doors so that the interior of the van is 100% fortified for sleeping inside without issues. Also so you can have pets inside without having to worry about them. - Front cabin doors have interior locks that you lock from the inside with a key so you can sleep soundly at night knowing that the doors can't be opened. Even if the glass is broken. - Sliding doors can get "popped" open very easily so we added extra locks on the sliding door. Even if someone broke the glass, they wouldn't be able to open the door if these are locked. It keeps the door shut. - Rear doors also have additional locks that use the same key as the sliding door. - Public places: we would always lock the additional locks when going to the store or just parking anywhere in the public while on the road. It just felt safer that way. - Nighttime sleeping: Lock all outside locks, then hop in through the front and lock the front cabin locks ***Side windows upgraded to polyurethane double-walled glass so they are essentially unbreakable ***Double Dometic CFX3 Refrigerators/Freezers - We installed two of these so that we'd always have enough cold storage for us and/or our pets if we bought them on a trip. Can be used as refrigerators, freezers or any combination ***Incredible Bluetooth Sound System - Kenwood receiver hidden inside cabinets installed at an upward angle for easy viewing directly next to Victron electrical panels and the rest of the van's gauges - 4 Kenwood 4" 2-way speakers installed into the ceiling - JBL - BASSPRO 8" Single-Voice-Coil Loaded Subwoofer Enclosure with Integrated Amp hidden below one of the bench seats. Great bass for jamming your favorite music and movies! - Powered by the simple flip of a switch ***Two Zombie apocalypse LED light bars - We have a light bar on the front custom bumper as well as installed on the roof rack. Both have independent switches to turn them on inside next to the steering wheel. - Field of vision is pretty close to 180 degrees side to side when both are turned on and are so bright that you could actually light up an entire RV park! - Very helpful when parking your van late at night or driving through hard to see parks. ***Blink Security Cameras included with van (We didn't get the subscription so you'll just need to get that - we have the mounts that attach to the custom roof rack already!) ***Custom magnetic window covers will be included with the van ***Brand new AEGIS Personal Safe - We had it installed by our builder next to the audio subwoofers which is hidden below one of the seating benches in the back. It's been removed and in our house now (we didn't travel with anything that needed to be secured yet) so we will include it with the van for you as well!
