Clean body and undercarriage – vehicle has never seen snow. Only minor dings and scratches from wear and tear. My husband and I are the second owners and built this van out in 2021. It was designed to be a multi-purpose vehicle for working from the road and camping, while still being modular so that it can be used to haul large items like kayaks, bikes, or building materials. Our goal was to try not to disturb the original factory corrosion protection/design as much as possible. No holes have been cut or drilled into the floor or ceiling. Ceiling and wall panels were attached using the pre-drilled holes installed by Nissan. Minimal holes were drilled into the side wall extrusions to mount the upper cabinets, with corrosion protection being applied to the holes. The work desk doubles as extra counter top space and can easily be removed to put a shower or storage cabinet in its place. The floor space in front of the desk can accommodate an office chair with wheels. Decent fuel economy for its size - averages about 19 mpg on the highway. 17K miles on Toyo E rated tires replaced in September 2021. Clean Car Fax report. Maintenance records on hand. Rear view camera, blind spot mirrors, reverse sensors and double back door glasses make backing up a breeze. Van is super easy to drive and handle. Interior ceiling height is 73 inches (6' 1 inch). About the build: Insulation: Designed to resist mold and mildew growth. Three layers: Kilmat 80 mg sound deadener, Polystyrene insulation in the deep wall crevices, and Reflectix. The floor is comprised of Kilmat, 2 inches of minicell foam and waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring. Window coverings are made of fabric with Reflectix attached. Ventilation: CR Laurence vented window added to sliding door and vent shades added to front door windows. Screen door attaches with Velcro for side door opening. We use a fan to get a nice cross breeze. Power: 30 Amp shore power with two 15 amp breakers. Three hard-wired GFCI outlets and two power strips with USB ports. 400 watt factory inverter, 500 watt Jackery. Cooling: 10,000 BTU Black and Decker Portable AC unit with remote control and duct. Easy set up to vent out of the side door window when needed. Heating: This is a Florida build, so no permanent heat source. We used a small electric heater when camping on cool nights in South Dakota. Cooking/Kitchen: We only cooked inside when it rained. Includes a two burner electric cooktop and microwave. 53 quart (50L) Fridge/Freezer mounts in place of center console and runs off of 12/24V DC and 110/240 AC power. The original center console is in excellent condition and is included in the sale, as are all of our camping dishes and utensils. Dining: Large dinette booth with table seats 4. One of the bench seats has a lap belt. Sleeping: There are two separate cot-sized twin beds (benches) that can easily be converted to an oversized Queen/small King. One twin bed is 27” X 72” and the other is 27” X 75”. When combined with center cushions, the overall sleeping area is 68” x 75”. You can sleep long-ways in this van and actually stretch out! The mattresses were custom-made using a 4 inch medium-firm foam base with a 2 inch layer of latex in the middle, topped by 1.5 inches of memory foam. Super comfy! Two sets of fitted cot sheets are included. Toilet: Stansport Portable Camping toilet uses garbage bags for easy disposal. Space will accommodate a cassette toilet if you wish to swap it out. Water/Sink: Deep stainless steel sink with drop-in cover. Rechargeable USB Sink faucet with 5 gallon fresh and 5 gallon gray water tanks. Sink cabinet has an extendable drop leaf for additional counter top space. Cabinet has doors both inside and outside of the van to make refilling and emptying the water tanks super easy. We have a spare faucet that comes with the sale of the van. Lighting: Rechargeable USB puck lights attached to the ceiling with Velcro. Has wall mounted remote. Includes 6 extra lights. The original wire harnesses for the lamps installed by Nissan were untouched. We still have the factory lamps and will be included with the van. Storage: Both benches have lids with compression struts and tons of storage space underneath. Plenty of room to add batteries if you want to upgrade the power source. Upper cabinets and sink base are from IKEA. Cabinets are lightweight and super easy to replace should one break while on the road. An extra upper cabinet is included with the sale.
