(Open to best offer, not firm on price) My fiance and I purchased this van 3 months ago brand NEW to do van life then a family member passed suddenly which unfortunately uprooted our plan. We need to change course and sell this unit. It is a WONDERFUL option for van life. It is smaller than most class B RVs and fits in all parking stalls and in street parking fairly easy. It is tall so there is comfortable standing room. I won't talk about the specs much in this description because there are a lot but they are listed on this website https://www.thormotorcoach.com/rize/floor-plans/18a . We purchased brand new for $118,000 and are just looking to cancel out the remaining amount on the loan. It comes with a Thor RV Warranty that expires in January 2025 (we have it in writing from the company that it transfers to new owners). The shower and toilet have never been used so they're brand new! We are very honest and transparent people and just want someone else to have the adventures we planned to have in this RV. Because it is titled as an RV, you are eligible to apply for an RV loan vs an Auto loan (let me know if you have questions as I learned a lot in this process lol). We have all original paperwork and manuals with the vehicle. It has had an oil change as well since we've owned it. No accidents or tickets or break downs. No mechanical issues.
