Seller's Description
This build was catered to give the maximum amount of storage/space/accommodations needed for the size of the vehicle. Very low mileage of 33,698. The build in this van is made from pine board tongue and groove and pine plywood for base. All custom fit to adhere to the contours of the vehicle. Van interior walls and ceiling have sound dampening material, as well as Havelock Wool insulation. Lights and charging devices for USB & DC chargers are built in shelving. Electricity is run off 2, 100W Renogy Solar panels and charged by Rover 20 Amp MPPT Solar Charge Controller. House battery is 105ah Duracell Deep cycle Marine grade. There’s additional room on the busbar for future additions. Custom to this type of van, there’s an ancillary heating source from Webasto. Uses a rheostat thermostat. This unit is top of its class and hooks up to the vans fuel pump, so no need for extra tank and dealing with possible off gasses. It’s fully ventilated on the exterior of the van with exhaust pipe and fresh air intake. For ventilation, I used a Maxx Air Fan Deluxe. It’s a phenomenal unit that can really cool down the van on a hot summer day. You can control the fan by the remote hung on the wall, or use its touchpad. The remote shows temperature in the van, which is a plus, and you can use the automatic cooling feature to get temperature to what you desire. Bed system is fully customized to sleep 2 average human sizes. Dimensions of the bed are 52”x79”. Cushions were custom made by seamstresses who made them to fit exactly to the contours of the wood. We used sunbrella fabric with zippers in order to easily wash when needed. There are 3 pieces, as one or two can be used as backing when removing the middle sections to hang out in the van more comfortably. Middle row of wood is removable and held in place by dowells to prevent slipping while sleeping and while driving the van. Under the bed there are 6 individual compartments for storage. Each has their own door with a gas strut to assist in keeping the door open when using. On the passenger side, there’s compartments with a cooler (included) and small items / electrical/battery / long storage. On the driver side there’s 1 large compartment that holds a 7 gallon water jug and additional storage space. Last compartment is a pull out drawer for cooking and food prep, with a propane/butane stove that I enjoy using (included). Privacy is achieved by a curtain in the rear of the vehicle, as well as WeatherTech custom shades for the windshield and driver/passenger windows. The van drives great and zips around. It’s a much different experience than a hightop as you are much leaner and agile when going from place to place. I’m very passionate about this van's potential to provide people with the campervan experience. I love this vehicle and what you can do with it. Hoping to find a buyer who feels the same! Please hit me up with any questions you may have or inquire to check it out!
