Also includes - camp stove, cookware, portable projector/screen, hidden safe. No mechanical/cosmetic/amenity damage. Clean driving record; fully insured; completely paid off. This was our first conversion; we've taken it on a few roadtrips, but as fun as this project was, we aren't using it to the max capacity since we're not full-time dwellers. Happy to answer questions.
