Purchased to be a van conversion and began converting but have since decided we don't want to camp on vacations. This was purchased from a family that used it as a passenger van for their family. All row seats have been removed; however, we still have one row if desired. Van came from Chicago and does have some rust. Van includes: - Solar - Vinyl plank wood look flooring - wood wall board ceiling and side paneling - incomplete, additional boards available to finish the project if desired - rooftop deck: wood-plastic composite deck board with a natural woodgrain - side ladder - roof vent/fan - Newer beefy-looking tires - LED can lights with light switch and outlets - Turn-key power large amp wire New rear lights purchased but never installed - will be included with purchase Toilet purchased but never installed - will be included with purchase Notes: - There is a freon leak at one of the newer connections due to the removal of the roof AC unit. Estimated repair cost - $500 - Some rust on vehicle - photos of visible rust included - Unprofessional paint job - Minor dings, unprofessionally repaired with Bondo and paint - Jack is not good
