Seller's Description
Meet “Fern”, our 2001 Eurovan Camper. https://www.thesamba.com/vw/classifieds/detail.php?id=2611159 We are the 3rd owners and bought her in the fall of 2020 in San Diego where she was living at the time. We met Fern and her previous owner Lance in October of 2020. Lance had taken meticulous care of her and had made several upgrades and improvements. We flew to San Diego, met Lance and drove fern back to our Home in Seattle. Since our ownership started, we have covered all the major Eurovan shortcomings and failure points thru maintenance as well as adding several upgrades to fit our adventuring needs. The pandemic ended(ish) and our professional lives have changed as have our adventuring pursuits. We became a 1 car (and 1 e-bike) family and are finding that our needs exceed what we should be demanding of a 22 year old classic. Sadly, we must end our time with Fern and we are looking forward to placing her with a new loving owner.
