Seller's Description
This van is ready to hit the road again! I traveled and worked remotely for a year in this beauty, but have only been taking it out sporadically since moving to SLC. We're looking to buy land and build a tiny home, so hoping to sell this to someone who can enjoy it as much as we did. The build features everything you need to have enough power and storage space to live and work remotely full time. I will happily facetime any serious buyers and answer any questions you have! Can also deliver it anywhere in the lower 48! Title in hand for a streamlined sale! VAN 2020 high-roof Ford Transit 250, 148 wheelbase, 2WD. 3.5L, 6-cylinder engine. Around 60K miles (currently my daily driver, so I can give you an accurate reading at time of interest). Oil change every 5K miles. Brand new BFGoodrich All Terrain tires with less than 5K miles on them. Average mpg around 14.8. Driver and passenger door wind guards installed. Motion-detector lights installed above the driver door and sliding door for security. Rear ladder installed to access the roof, awesome to sit up there for sunset or to clean off the solar panels. BUILD The entire build is constructed with 3B Baltic Birch Plywood in varying thicknesses. Floor includes 2x2 framing with 2" poly iso foam board and 1/2" plywood subfloor. The flooring is waterproof click & lock Trendsetter Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring from Shaw Floors. All walls and ceiling were sound deadened with Noico 80mil and insulated with 3M Thinsulate. All drawers and cabinets were built with pocket holes, glue and screws. All drawers are soft close and stay locked manually. LAYOUT The back of the van includes a murphy bed that tucks away easily if you work remotely from the road. When the murphy bed is up, the layout boasts an open living area including, an L-shaped couch with Lagun swivel table/desk and a Samsung 27-Inch Smart Monitor and Streaming TV. The benches provide tons of storage. Above the couch are two large cabinets for clothes storage. The bed is a queen size width, but about 8 inches cut off the length. The ceiling is a gorgeous cedar plank, everyone's favorite feature! Upper cabinets include cane webbing detailing. Cabinet and drawer hardware are leather pulls and cane pulls. KITCHEN & STORAGE In the front of the van, there are 8 soft-close sliding drawers for tons of storage. Two large overhead cabinets for food and appliance storage, one large cabinet under the sink. Storage is also built into the overhead cabin above the cab. Gorgeous buterblock countertops with full width. The sink is a full-size Elkay Quartz 16"x16" sink. No oven or stove was built into the van specifically to keep the counters clear. A propane camping stove works perfectly and fits easily in one of the drawers. FEATURES: 12v Dometic CRX Pro 50 fridge, Maxxair fan, 3 sets of LED lights (under kitchen cabinets, under clothes cabinets and the main ceiling). Simple bucket and pee diverter compost toilet (so much easier and less messy than a nature's head composting toilet, trust me I've seen all the toilet options!). Windows and ventilation include a 30"x15" RV window over the kitchen counters and a custom Transit slider door T-vent window. WATER SYSTEM RVGuard 3.5 Gpm water pump, 25 gallon fresh water tank, 5 gallon easily removable grey water tank. Gorgeous gold faucet with pull-down sprayer. Faucet works great as an outdoor shower! The water is easily accessible from outside the slider door. Note: no hot water in the build, but you can easily install a small propane water heater. ENERGY SYSTEM Goal Zero Yeti 3000X energy system, 2982Wh Portable Lithium Battery, 2000w inverter. Goal Zero can be monitored and controlled with the Yeti app. 400 watts of solar, shore power connection, x2 12v outlets and x3 120v outlets. WeBoost Drive Reach RV cell signal booster. This is the easiest plug and play energy system and you will never need to worry about connection issues, batteries dying out or random system issues that a lot of "custom" builds have. I have known so many vanlifers who constantly have energy/battery issues, and this GoalZero system has been incredibly reliable. ADDITIONAL ELEMENTS Will include custom VanMade Gear insulted window covers. Custom Laura Burkhart wood art piece built into the wall. Peel & stick hexagon tile. All personal items are not included (i.e. camping chairs, pillows/sheets, rugs, etc.) but can be negotiated.
