I had a blast living in this van full-time, traveling all over the Western US. We have had many wonderful adventures together but sadly, it’s time to sell because I’m now living out of the country. This van has been well loved and maintained (oil changed every 5000 miles; documentation included). The van is in great condition with no issues. The custom design and build-out was done by a registered engineer in Colorado and custom cabinetry added by professional carpenters. The configuration is well thought out and perfect for 1-2 people who want off-the-grid van-life adventures or for casual camping. This camper van is built on the Ford Transit 250 chassis with a high roof (a 6’ person can easily stand up with room to spare) and has 147.6’ WB and weighs roughly 6900 lbs. It is extremely reliable without the high maintenance costs of other makes. The Toyo Celsius Cargo all-weather tires were purchased in April 2022. The van also features a backup camera. This van is great for year-round living – Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter – and is very energy efficient: 1) the walls, floor, ceiling, and roof are insulated with 4" poly foamboard R6/in and cavities filled with sheep's wool insulation (all moisture retardant); 2) there is a multi-speed Maxxair 400k ceiling fan to maximize air circulation; 3) there are custom built-in “bug wall” screens (an extra $1000 investment) for the side and back doors that bring cool night air in without the bugs; and 4) it has a Propex HS2000 Propane Heater for cozy warmth on cold winter nights with venting to release any gas to the outside. Floors are vinyl plank. For added power and energy efficiency, there are two 350W Newpowa Solar Panels installed on the roof plus 3 Windy Nation 300Ah Deep Cycle Lead acid batteries with a Xantrex SW 1000 watt Inverter to keep energy flowing. The kitchen has one sink, a 2-burner stovetop, refrigerator, containers for clean and grey water, drawer above the fridge, a locked 3-drawer cabinet, built-in seat with working desk/table plus a 2nd flip-up desk/table, 4 large storage cabinets, and storage space for a portable toilet. Additionally, there is plenty of space to personalize with attached containers and nets to hold things secure. The Bedroom is super comfortable with a queen-size 10" memory foam mattress. For storage, there are 7 deep cubbies with baskets plus an oversize cubby. Underneath the bedroom is a large garage area with plenty of room to store skis, mountain bike, off-season clothing and more. The electrical system has been updated, checked, and fully functional. Propane heater, water pump, fan, and fridge are all wired to individual switches.
