Seller's Description
I am selling my camper after 4 years of the vanlife. Not one of the amazing instagram builds, but a good solid get-in-and-go option for someone not wanting to start from scratch. Everything was built by myself; all Poplar and Cedar. Platform bed is solid like a rock, tons of storage underneath. A bathroom/closet, which can be finished to do a shower. Kitchen has a propane stove/oven, sink, and dual-zone cooler fridge. A TON of storage space in cabinets. Full size foam mattress (uncut). Keep the wood look, or paint it to your taste. Have a party on the roof. Many mechanical corrections, so still running solid despite miles. You won't be running an A/C or Toaster off batteries, but plenty of capacity for laptops, phones, fans, etc. Will also include the security camera's. Clean Title. Ready to sell immediately. Going to list in Chicago and San Diego. ## Stats - 2015 Ram Promaster 2500 - 159″ Wheelbase - Front Wheel Drive - 240,000 Miles - Purchased with 192,000 (4 yrs ago) - Originally a lightweight Transport, so almost all of the mileage is highway - V6 Gas, not Diesel - BRAND NEW('ish): Transmission, Radiator, Oil Filter Housing, Struts, Brakes, Rotors, Pads, Headlights ----- ## What is Inside and Up-top - TONS of storage!!! - FULL Roof Deck - 200W of Solar - 280AH @24V LifePo4 DIY batteries (560AH@12v) - 3000W “All-in-One” Growatt Pure Sine Inverter - 30A Victron Orion DC/DC smart charger - 25 Gallon Fresh Water tank - 7 Gallon removable gray water tank - Dual Maxxair Deluxe fans - Winegard Wifi/4G - 30A Shore power port - T-vent windows on Driver and Passenger sides - New(er) Tires - Van Essentials front cab shades and side door shade - Sink + Pump, Stove + Oven (Propane) - Inflatable Raft and Oars - Thule Van Elite 2 bike rack ----- ## Disclosures - Before purchased it was in a side-impact accident - All repaired, and **NOT** a salvage - Has been OVER-welded to be extra safe - Will show Evap code randomly, but 6 shops have assured its fine unless you want to replace the tank completely - All major work (besides brakes and lights) done with Dealer/Reputable Shop - Diesel Heater partly-mounted under seat, currently not functional. - Is giving off too much exhaust even though I disassembled and cleaned (and it wasn't even very dirty) - $150 to replace ----- ### Mechanical Work – >$15,970 - Matt Bower Chrysler, Baton Rogue, LA – Feb 2022 - Full set of new all-weather tires – $1,100 - Balance - Alignment - Mac Haik Georgetown, Dodge Dealer – Feb 2022 - Transmission controller replacement - This is 100% under warranty - Kearny Mesa Dodge Dealer – Feb 2021 - New Transmission – $8K - New Radiator – $2K - New Struts and Ball Joints– $2K - New Oil Filter Housing – $1K - Misc rusted pipes replaced - ALL under warranty - Brakes Plus, El Paso Tx – Feb 2021 - New front Rotors, Calipers, and Pads – $950 - ALL under warranty - Moorish Roadside Rescue, Phoenix Az – Feb 2021 - Rear Passenger tire replaced - Matched the closest tire from used tire dealer since we couldn’t get the spare in the dark ### Self Installed - Additional structural welding – April 2019 - Van was originally in an accident to the mid driver-side - They Welded, but we wanted to be safer, and went with DOUBLE - Rotors (4x), Pads (4x), and Calipers (Front) – April 2019 - New rear bumper – May 2020 – $100 - Rear ended by someone - VERY minor warp to the bumper, but it caused the plastic case to not fit properly - New bumper is 2X stronger than original - Headlights – $290 - Clearance Lights – $30
