1999 Dodge Roadtrek Popular, 3rd owner (for approx 1year), very well maintained, service docs going back 15+ years. Only selling due to change in family situation. Last summer spent 65 days and ~9,500 miles after retirement with my son, trip of a lifetime, many more left in this classic. Many extras, recent services with my pre-buy, some remaining faults that could be fixed at your discretion but did not adversely affect my long trip at all. Extras: • “Renogy ” 200w “suitcase” solar (fits under one bed); only used 1x • 2x “Battle Born” 100 amp/hr LiFePO batteries, “like new” condition • “X Power” 2nd inverter • “StowAway2” 200lb swing-out hitch-mounted, wired storage box, “like new” condition • 4,500 lbs floor jack • Snow/ mud chains • Kitchen appliances: ice maker, toaster oven, small crock pot; dishes, etc. Common questions answered: • House electronics all work • Propane stove/ tank work • Fridge works in all three modes: gas, AC, DC • Sink, stove work • Both showers work (inside bathroom, outside rear) • Both a/c (front and back) work • Both heaters (front and back) work • Awning works; no holes or tears • All vehicle electronics work • Tires wear evenly; see pics for tread depth • Recent maintenance: May 2022 (my pre-buy): full front end repair ($3,878) and full tune-up, compression check, etc. ($1,394); Jul 2022: black water drain repaired, front end alignment; Aug 2022 water pump replaced Known faults; none presented any problems for me, though I understand form/function is a personal priority; I will fix the window; I am getting estimates for others: • Toilet water valve does not work; I use jug water to flush • Toilet seat is loose on one side • Driver's side small aerodynamic ground fairing is missing • Driver's side window operation does not work • Driver's side radio speaker does not work; the rest all work
