1991 Vanagon. Weekender edition. The back seat converts to a queen sized bed. Great for camping. The time has come to find a new home for our much loved 1991 VW Vanagon Carat Wolfsburg Edition, we call her Sally. We have owned Sally since 2007. She has been on many family adventures and camping trips. Our children are now older and our family adventures have changed. We would love to find her a new home, she deserves some new adventures. We had the undercarriage completely redone last year. Breaks, suspension, axels, it was all done. All the other typical Vanagon repairs have been done throughout the years. We installed bamboo floors in the back. We loved it because they are easy to sweep out. Sally has a 2.1 liter water-cooled boxer engine and is an automatic. She is the Tornado Red Wolfsburg color. She is a weekender edition with a backseat that converts to a very comfy queen sized bed, a pop up table, and two rear-facing removable seats behind the front seats. There is some type of phantom draw that we have not figured out, but we really haven’t taken the time to figure it out either. As with an antique vehicle there are projects and upgrades to be done. It is time to make this Vanagon yours.
