Here’s some specifics about the van! ⁃ 1989 Ford Econoline E250 extended roof and back ⁃ Around 45,379 miles, we purchased the van with 39,000 miles ⁃ Rear Wheel Drive ⁃ 8-10 MPG, 2 gas tanks, holds about 33 gallons total ⁃ Custom built out interior. Shiplap walls and ceiling with a custom shelf above the driver and passenger seats for storage. ⁃ 2 captain seats, 360º swivel - Insulated walls, foam and reflectix, we’ll include a space heater as well ⁃ Electric powered windows. The passenger side is opposite. Down = up, up=down. Both sides have vent windows as well. ⁃ Complete custom built bed with underside storage, includes a 5” mattress full size mattress ⁃ Renogy Solar Pannels (200W) with Renogy Deep Cycle AGM Battery 12 Volt 200Ah, 3% Self-Discharge Rate, 2000A Max Discharge Current, BT reader, inverter and Adventurer Li- 30A PWM Flush Mount Charge Controller w/ LCD Display The solar panels work very well and can be read using your phone which is really nice ⁃ 2 ceiling fans that run directly off the battery ⁃ 7 outlets, 2 with USB charging built into the walls ⁃ Back up camera ⁃ New bluetooth radio and speakers ⁃ Brand new engine battery with a 3 year warranty ⁃ 2 sets of keys ⁃ Rewelded ladder off the back of the van ⁃ Full functioning heat system ⁃ Custom made Reflectix magnetic black out window shades. (All windows, 7 total) The only cons: ⁃ No AC (all windows roll down) ⁃ The solar panels do need a new battery ($400) ⁃ Exterior Paint has started to peel ⁃ Gas tanks don’t show the gas level when driving ⁃ Small dent on the back right side of the van from previous owner ⁃ The step into the van has a little bit of damage (not noticeable) from hitting a rock while parking in the Grand Canyon It’s an amazing van that you could travel in, live out of, or even continue to build out to fit your needs.
