Seller's Description

This big tank is a fully converted camper bus. 80-90% insulated, the only part not insulated is the driver space up front. It has an insulated curtain hung up to minimize heat loss. Has a power inverter and outlets throughout the bus, as well as solar panels. I have also included a generator that has never been used but works in good condition. There’s a lot of storage space in here, including a full sized closet, many cabinets in the kitchen, and an empty cargo space beneath the bed. Never got around to putting up shelves, but there is plenty of space to do so. There is a shower, does not have a grey water tank, but drains out of the bottom of the shower. Also have a compost toilet that can be moved out of the shower easily. The kitchen is pretty basic- there is a built in sink connected to a water tank, as well as a grey water tank. I don’t have a built in stove but I do have a basic camping stove that can be used indoors or outside. The kitchen table is big enough for a camping stove or one built in as well as having additional countertop space. The passenger seats are a small bench set up, can seat up to 4 people and the table between them is removable if you want to stow it during driving. I have also included a portable fridge that works very well but is on the smaller side. Backup camera included. The conversion the previous owners did is very nice, and perfect for full time living or smaller camping trips. It’s spacious and doesn’t feel cramped. Full disclosure, it has new shock absorbers but still requires a good amount of mechanical and cosmetic work. If you are looking for a vehicle ready to go and live in full time, this is not that. If you are looking for a fully converted bus that requires some TLC to achieve its full potential, then this is for you. I have a full list of everything that needs to be done, and am willing to negotiate the price. Serious inquires only.
