Seller's Description
Converted 2013 Nissan NV 3500 is ready for your weekend excursions. I purchased this van in June of 2021 from an IT Contractor who used it to work and sleep while traveling back from the East Coast. The intent of my conversion was to use it to eat and sleep while traveling to locations for sunrise and sunset photography. I also love to paddle board so it has been equipped to store my boards internally while in route and stow externally while sleeping with a de-mountable hanger system. The conversion did not include an indoor sink or shower, as that was not a requirement for my needs, however does have a Thetford portable toilet that easily stows under the bed, along with a 45 liter 12/120V portable refrigerator. It does have a space dedicated to add a small sink base, should that be a need for the new owner, and comes with an outdoor shower and pump. The 200 watt 12 volt Monocrystalline solar panels and deep cycle 12v 200Ah AGM Battery provide more than enough charging and storage to run the built in 12v recessed lighting, exhaust fan, and Emerson Quiet Kool 1,500 BTU portable air conditioner. A 2200W power inverter with remote run three (3) 120V outlets with USB charging to convenient locations throughout the interior. A unique “slat wall” design allows for a variety of hanging storage that changes with your needs and adventures. The mattress system can be converted to allow the headboard to either be in the rear of the van, or near the front, allowing you to open the back doors to the view. The side and rear doors have been partially finished, should the new owner want to add windows. Heavy insulated, this Van has worked exceptionally well for me during winter use and while only 2WD, travels very well in snow and ice. At 20-feet long, this van can fit in standard parking spaces and is a dream to drive (even the white-knuckle trips on the Going to the Sun Road in Glacier National Park - yes, even a u-turn). The high top allows for me to fully stand up inside at 6’-3”. Mechanically, this van has been rock solid with no issues and has received a clean bill of health from a recent check-up. With plenty of pull out storage below, everything you need is easily accessed and secure. Pull out the attached awning and add the Kelty Backroads Shelter to the rear, you are ready for that longer stay with plenty of indoor/outdoor space. A retractable ladder system that connects to full length rails allows you rooftop access to additional storage, 200W solar panels, traction boards (should you hopefully never need them), and awning.
