Details: This was built by a cabinet maker in tandem with a professional van outfitting shop in SD- the wood used was extremely high quality high-ply Baltic birch (and coated with the best of the best sealant), except for the ceiling and backsplash, which was custom ordered and custom milled Port Orford Cedar and was intentionally left untreated. The water system is proprietary and can not only hook up to city water (to run directly to tap and also to fill the reservoir), but the electric pump can be used to pull water from a reservoir in an emergency, as well as pump water from your own reservoir out (either for sink or outdoor shower). Custom ladder, roof rack, and crossbeams are made by Aluminess in San Diego- extremely high quality and sturdy. Luxury stove is outfitted for propane and ready to go. Refrigerator and all lights run off of 1 of the two yeti batteries inside, both of which are charged by solar on the roof. 200W combined solar to keep you charged and off the grid. New BF Goodrich all terrain tires are less than a year old. Comes outfitted with Simplisafe security system with back and sliding door sensors, motion sensor, temperature sensor, and glass break sensor as well as home base. Awesome for peace of mind. Deep sink for washing dishes, comes with drain plug and sink catch. Custom birch shelving is completely adjustable and/or removable to accommodate storage. 19 gallon fresh water tank, as well as similar sized gray water tank underneath van. Overhead lights are dimmable, and all interior lights are LED. YETI 1500X (worth $2500 alone) included- I might hang on to the second YETI 1000.
