Keeps entire living area cool/warm. -Back bench can be laid down and side benches configured to make a king size bed. -Tall roof extension, person that's 6ft tall can stand straight up. -30amp plug in ready for camping. -LOTS of storage space. Built-in cabinets around the entire roof extension. -Retractable awning on side of van in great condition. -Working sink when plugged into water via water hose. No water tank. -Chemical toilet included, no shower -Space for 12v/plug in or gas refrigerator, ripped out old one because it didn't work. -Owned since 2020 and has been a project car. -Been serviced on time with mileage. -Replaced catalytic converter in 2020. -Timing belt change in 2020 -Battery less than a year old. -Breaks in great condition, fluid may need to be changed soon. -Tires in good condition. -Rebuilt transmission at about 80000 miles in 2021 -Resurfaced cylinder heads 2021, and also repaired all and any leaks. -Spark plugs and cables where replaced recently as well. -Has a hitch. The electrical plug in for hitch does not work, never looked into it. -i have all paper work from the major work that has been done on this van. -After the recent heavy rainfall the anti-lock light came on on the dash and will not turn off. It comes on once you start driving but does not affect drivability. Took it to my mechanic and he told me if it doesn't affect drivability it's fine, that water might have shorted a circuit somewhere. -Hose for wind shield whipper fluid needs to be re-attached. -Drove this van to Florida and back in Feb of 2022 and drove amazing.
